- : Unlike the modern method of preparation of ghee from the pasteurised milk , we prepare ghee using the traditional Vedic Bilona method.
- : Our cows conceive naturally and each cow milks only about 6 months a year and gives about 1.5 litres per day. Our cows nurse their calf wholeheartedly before we hand milk them. Our Vaidyas consider this important as the positive emotions of the cow enhance the healing property of the milk and ghee produced.
