• The teas are made from handpicked tea leaves from Mokalbari Tea estate during the Second Flush. For strong flavour and aroma, these tea leaves are picked from special clone of tea bushes and packed in air tight zip seal pouch to maintain the freshness and quality of tea
• Brewing Instruction - One teaspoon (2-3 grams) per 8oz freshly boiled filtered water. Allow the leaves to brew for 3 minutes. You may add sugar or honey and milk as per you taste
• Packing - Teas are available as two variants : 1. 100gms & 250 gms Packed in Airtight Zip Seal Pouch which can be sealed back after every use. 2. 100 grams packed in wooden caddy box

Mokalbari Tea Estate is situated on the South bank of the Brahmaputra River in Upper Assam. The name MOKALBARI traces its origin to words "MOKAL" and "BARI". The word MOKAL stands for a special variety of tall bamboos having thick diameters of 12" or more while the word BARI signifies a specific location or garden. Thus, the composite word MOKALBARI carries the meaning of a garden of a special variety of thick and tall bamboo trees.
